Sense Labs takes user privacy seriously. We don’t have advertising in our apps and we don’t collect any usage data. By collecting as few info as possible, we minimize the effect we can have on your privacy.
Diagnostics & Analytics
Crash reports will be uploaded to our third-party partner Sentry. This only happens when the app crashes. We use these data to improve the stability of our apps. They are anonymously collected and will not be shared with any other third-party organizations.
Third-Party Partners
If you purchase a license key on our website, you’re required to enter your name and email address on the order page. Our third-party payment processor Polar is responsible for collecting your information, sending out license key, and reporting back collected information to us. We will not share these information with any other third-party organizations.
If you enter the license key in the app, the name of your device (e.g., Mac mini, MacBook Pro) will also be included so that you can manage the activations in the Customer Portal.
We will verify your license key periodically by sending network requests to Polar. No personal information will be sent during the verification process.
